We just welcomed a new baby just before the holidays. We are working from home and being parents and teachers to our other 2 school aged children. With the new baby, holiday prep, working from home, and our other 2 children, I didn't have the time energy or patience for laundry. Residential Delivery Service was a welcomed blessing. I'm so thankful for this service. Staff is friendly and personable. I called and they picked up my clothes the same day. All I had to do was bag up our clothes and sit them outside my front door. They picked up the dirty and returned the clean folded clothes a few days later to the same spot. Why didn't I know about them a long time ago. I'm highly recommend using them.

This company did a great job for me with some difficult laundry tasks, such as getting bloodstains out of a duvet cover and cleaning comforters and pillows to make them pet odor free. The pickup and delivery service was prompt and made things so easy. I would highly recommend this service to anyone seeking convenience or needing help with especially difficult laundry tasks. They are great!

Y’all must be hiding an army of helpers somewhere in your back offices! I cannot BELIEVE how FAST your turn around time was on my HUGE 16-month old order! I had my car LOADED with the usual 30-gal bags full of COMFORTERS & BLANKETS & the laundromat would no longer accept items. (Snoho Laundry is STILL not accepting items to be laundered!) I learned of ur service from my neighbor on a Thursday. RDS picked up ALL 15 of the bags on Friday and DELIVERED THEM BACK MONDAY MORNING!!!! I forgot over time what I had in those bags! I went thru all of the items and they smell so nice & look almost like NEW! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!! I look forward to the next time I get to contact you RDS!!
